As a 3D printing business, we strive to provide high-quality prints and excellent customer service. However, due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns for prints that were designed and printed according to the client's specifications. The following outlines our no return policies:

Custom Prints: Custom prints that are designed and printed according to the client's specifications are not eligible for return. This includes prints that were designed with specific dimensions, colors, and materials.

Quality Assurance: We conduct quality checks on all of our prints to ensure that they meet our high standards. However, we cannot be held responsible for minor imperfections that are inherent in the 3D printing process, such as slight variations in color or texture.

Communication: We encourage clients to communicate with us throughout the design and printing process to ensure that the final product meets their expectations. We provide detailed design specifications and mock-ups for client approval before printing to minimize any misunderstandings.

Refund will only provided to those who received Damaged Products after discussing with Delivery partner. But first customer has to provide images of products.
